By Jimmy Thang Patch for the PC version of Halo: Combat Evolved has launched and no longer requires players to insert a CD every time they play (thanks Voodoo Extreme). What isn't removed is the need to input a unique CD key, which is required to play the first-person shooter online. This patch also contains several fixes for server-crashing security bugs. Halo 1 is the best halo and still, bungie does not remake it. Most people here never even got to play Halo 1, online because it was laggy or could not system link it.
