07:05 AM I hope HP can help me with this one! i have a psc 1315 that i have been using for the last couple of years but have recently changed my operating system to windows 7 and the driver on the disc that came with the printer is not windows 7 compatible. Downloaded a driver from your website and now only the scanner works! Help please, i have urgent docs to print! I would like to suggest a few things for you to try to help you fix your issue. Save & Run HP's Print and Scan Doctor - this tool will find and fix common printing problems and will show you where the issue is by presenting a red X beside the cause of the issue. Example: Driver conflict If that tool shows an issue, please respond to let me know what you are seeing.
