NOTE: HP Color Laser Jet 2820, 2830, and 2840 All-in- Ones are supported in the Windows 7 32-bit operating system only and are not supported in the 64-bit Windows 7 environment. If you are using the Windows 7 64-bit OS, use the driver included in the operating system to enable print/scan software functionality (print only when installed through a network) and then use the Scan and Fax feature in Windows or the product control panel to fax.
