FREE Cons Automatically sets to startup which is not neccessary Summary I have used this for many years. It has removed many fake antivirus programs, and other viruses for me. Cons Signature update may be a bit large, for those with slow internet connection. Summary SAS does most of what it claims, and more. But, by comparison, MBAM is even worse: huge 7- Meg updates. Cons It is not TRUE for SAS to say that there is Enhanced Protection; AKA, Real- Time protection, in this new version 5! Very heavy load of virus definitions; all of which you must manually download. You have to work on this process several times per day, it is too big a strain on the user. This is made so hard to force you to pay for their premium product. Summary The program manufacturers are just NOT telling the truth to say this version 5., SAS, comes with some form of * Enhanced Protection.* Very little has changed.
