These may be not the most recent versions of the drivers, but they were tested either by us or reported by most users as actually working, meaning that they do allow getting complete hard disk status information and they do enable important disk features, as e.g. TRIM on SSD drives. In Message 3 of the post below, pcwizard gives detailed instructions to another customer experiencing the same error message. the way, your photos should still be in your pictures folder. What version of Photosmart Premier software are you using: 6.0, 6.5, or 7.0?
