To- Shay : Hi there, many questions.all very clear and concise. If you don't mind I would like a little time to review the answers before I pass them over. The reason is that my knowledge and tech documentation is on the Verifier panel from Europlex. I believe it is almost the same as our Irish equivelant of the Identifier, but I don't want my guidance to become misleading. So I wish to find the Identifier documents & revise them first. The control panel lid tamper and all other tamper alarms will be ignored by the system 'once you enter engineer mode' (let me know if this is unclear to you). However, it is still possible to make the alarm bell ring which would be for 'other reasons' for example if you was to remove either of the wires that feed the 12vdc power to it.2) Once you enter the ' Engineer Mode' it will stay in this mode until you enter the correct key press' to come out of it.
